Wabi-Sabi Jungle Villa · 2 Pools, Gym & Zen Room

Casa Viva is a five-bedroom jungle villa in a gated Tulum community with two private pools: a central jungle pool and a rooftop plunge pool above the canopy. Includes a zen room with a projector screen and custom art installations, and a private gym with a punching bag. Surrounded by 24/7 security with beach access 10 minutes away. Built for groups seeking privacy, movement, and connection in the jungle.

Casa Viva was designed to disappear into the jungle around it. Raw textures, custom art, and open sight lines from every room to the trees create a space that feels more like a private sanctuary than a rental. Whether your group is here to unplug, move, or just be together, the layout was built for it.

The heart of the villa is the central jungle pool, surrounded by lush canopy and open to every living space. Upstairs, a private rooftop plunge pool sits above the tree line with nothing but sky and jungle in every direction.

The Movie Theatre and Zen Room is unlike anything else in the house, a fully custom indoor space with a projector screen, original art installations, and an atmosphere built for movie nights, deep meditation, or morning yoga. It's the room guests always come back to.

The private gym comes fully equipped with weights and a punching bag, and a dedicated workspace with reliable high-speed WiFi means remote workers in the group won't miss a beat.

Every bedroom features a brand new premium king bed, full en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and an in-room safe. Bedroom 1 has exclusive access to the rooftop plunge pool.
