About Zuna Stays
Our Story
Zuna Stays is a curated collection of private villas in Tulum.
We manage a limited portfolio, selected for design, location, and long-term quality. Every home is professionally overseen to ensure consistency, care, and seamless stays.
This is not volume hospitality.
It is intentional oversight.
Our Approach
Each villa in the Zuna collection is actively maintained by our local team in Tulum.
- Routine inspections
- Preventative care
- Dynamic pricing
- Clear communication
Beautiful homes require disciplined operations behind them. We ensure both.
A Better Standard
Tulum has grown quickly. Standards have not always kept pace.
Zuna was built to raise them.
We partner with owners who value structure, transparency, and long-term performance. In turn, guests experience homes that are properly maintained, accurately represented, and professionally supported.
A limited collection. Managed properly.
Founder
Zuna Stays was founded on a simple principle: exceptional properties deserve exceptional oversight.
With a background in real estate and hospitality operations, I created Zuna to bring structure, accountability, and consistency to villa management in Tulum.
- We are present.
- We are involved.
- We build long-term partnerships.
